This website is a static showcase. It does not place any advertising cookies, third-party analytics trackers, or ad network pixels. It does not build any browsing profiles.
Like any website accessible on the Internet, the servers that host it (Fly.io and Cloudflare) technically log the requests received—IP address, requested page, date—to ensure the service and protect it from abuse. These logs are not used for commercial purposes.
The form on the homepage is the only place where you send us data, and only the data you enter.
In accordance with the GDPR and the French “Informatique et Libertés” law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] or to MILEX SAS, 22 rue Rapp, 68000 Colmar. Simply request it: we will delete your address without requiring justification. You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country; in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
This document only applies to the website safexell.com. The access data that a company will entrust to the SafeXell module (badges, permissions, entry logs, visitors, attendance) will belong to that company: it will be the data controller, and Milex SAS will act as a processor under Article 28 of the GDPR, within the framework of the subscription contract. The specific rules for this data will be published with the module.
