SafeXell is in preparation. The module is being developed at Milex, publisher of VuXell and ForXell, and is initially being deployed at a pilot site — be notified of the launch.
VuXell Access Control Module · in preparation

The right person,
the right door, at the right time.

Doors, badges, connected locks and visitors: SafeXell decides on-site, controls from the cloud, and links every entry to your VuXell cameras and ForXell payroll.

The X is the control point

Where identity meets the rule

A door isn’t an obstacle, it’s a decision: who, where, when. SafeXell makes it on-site in under a second, and keeps a record of it.

A person presents themselves

Badge, card, phone or visitor code: the reader transmits the identity to the SafeXell controller installed on-site.

The door decides

The controller applies your rules — role, zone, schedule — and grants or denies access. Without waiting for the cloud, even if the internet is down.

Video confirms

VuXell keeps the image of the entry alongside the event: a denial, a door left open, an unknown badge can be reviewed in one click.

The entry counts

The log syncs to the cloud. The attendance data goes to ForXell payroll, the visit is recorded in the register, and any anomaly triggers an alert.

What SafeXell does

Access control, door by door

What the module will cover, from the front door to the payroll sheet.

🚪

Doors and Controllers

Your doors as they are, not just a list of numbers.

  • Encrypted OSDP door controllers and readers
  • Relays, door contacts, exit button
  • Alert if a door is left open or forced
  • Free access schedules and remote locking
🪪

Badges, Cards and Phone

The medium your teams already carry in their pocket.

  • RFID cards and badges, including existing badges
  • Phone with NFC or Bluetooth
  • Time-limited visitor code
  • Lost badge: deactivated immediately, everywhere
🔐

Connected Locks

Wire-free doors follow the same rules.

  • Wireless cylinders and handles from multiple brands
  • Connected lockers, cabinets and padlocks
  • Battery monitoring, scheduled replacement
  • A single access plan for wired and wireless
👥

Visitors and contractors

Reception knows who is coming, and so does the door.

  • Pre-registration from the ForXell CRM
  • Temporary badge or code on the phone
  • Authorized time slots and zones
  • Presence log, exportable
🕒

Presence and time tracking

Passage counts as time tracking, no separate time clock needed.

  • Arrival and departure times per employee
  • Export to ForXell payroll
  • Teams, schedules, and delays in one table
  • List of present individuals in case of evacuation
🎥

Video and alerts

Every event has its image, thanks to VuXell.

  • Image of the passage next to the log
  • Alert with image: repeated denial, forced door
  • Event review in one click
  • Search history by door and by person

How it works

Decided on-site, controlled from the cloud

Three layers, each in its place: the site decides, the cloud controls, ForXell provides identity.

On your site

The SafeXell box

It runs the full rules engine and the encrypted local log. The door opens in under one second, and keeps opening if the internet goes down.

  • Outbound connection only, no open ports
  • Signed updates
  • Controllers, readers, and locks from multiple brands

In the VuXell cloud

The console

Doors, rules, visitors, reviews, and alerts, all in the same console as your cameras — alongside Live, Recall, and Sentinel.

  • Hosted in the European Union, one database per company
  • Log, compliance, and exports
  • Same users and same permissions as video

With ForXell

Identity

Employees, contracts, and leave come from ForXell HR; visitors from the CRM. Time tracking feeds back into payroll.

  • One arrival, one departure: access rights follow
  • No duplicate data entry
  • Payroll receives attendance data

The foundation

One module, two platforms behind

SafeXell manages access control. VuXell manages video. ForXell manages the business.

A traditional access control system operates in isolation, with its badges and server tucked away in a closet. SafeXell is a VuXell module: it shares its cameras, console, and hosting, and connects to the ERP, which already knows your employees and visitors.

  • A single console for doors and cameras
  • Employees and visitors come from ForXell
  • Time and attendance data goes back to payroll
  • Multiple sites in a single dashboard
  • Data hosted in the European Union
